NetmarPlus Gift Card Terms

This document is provided in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence.

1. Issuer and scope

Three rules that always apply to NetmarPlus Gift Cards and Wallet Balance:

Only on NetmarPlus, only in Türkiye. Cards are sold only in Türkiye and can be used only on NetmarPlus (netmarplus.com and netmarllc.com) by Account holders in Türkiye to buy Products sold by us. They cannot be used on any other website, store, app or platform.
No cash. Once a Card has been loaded into a Wallet, the balance cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn. The rules are in “Cash rules by country and region” in the NetmarPlus Gift Card Terms.
No trading between members. Cards and Wallet Balance may not be traded, swapped, sold or transferred between members. A Card can be loaded into one Account only, and Wallet Balance always stays in that Account.

NetmarPlus Gift Cards (“Cards”) are issued by Netmar LLC, 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A3703, Newark, DE 19711, USA, and distributed in Türkiye by Netmar Pazarlama Turizm Ticaret İthalat İhracat Limited Şirketi (tax number 6310784792). These Card Terms apply to every Card and form part of our Terms of Service. By redeeming a Card you accept them.

A Card is a closed-loop store gift card. It can only be redeemed for Wallet Balance on NetmarPlus and used to buy Products sold by us. It is not a credit card, debit card, bank account, deposit or electronic money, and it is not insured by the FDIC or any deposit guarantee scheme. Outside Türkiye, Cards and the Wallet are not offered; Products are paid by card for each order.

2. Buying a Card

Cards carry a fixed value in euro: €5, €10, €15, €20, €25, €50, €75 or €100. They are sold only in Türkiye, by our authorized distributor Netmar Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. and its approved dealers; the value of a dealer Card is printed at the start of its code (for example 10EUR-…). The seller of the Card is responsible for the sale to you and issues your receipt. We do not sell Cards online by card payment.
Our distributor sells Cards wholesale to retailers and internet cafés and retail to account holders. Retail buyers pay by bank transfer to the distributor’s company account (IBAN) shown in their Wallet; after the transfer is received, the distributor sends the Card code to the buyer’s e-mail address and shows it in the buyer’s Wallet. Buy Cards only from authorized sellers. Cards obtained from unauthorized sources, or through fraud or theft, may be blocked.
We may limit the number or value of Cards that can be redeemed per Account to prevent fraud.

3. Redeeming a Card

Sign in, open Wallet, choose “Add balance to wallet” and enter the Card code. The full face value is credited to your Wallet in euro.
Each Card can be redeemed only once and only into one Account. Redeemed balance cannot be transferred to another Account.
Cards may not be traded, swapped or resold between members, and Wallet Balance may not be bought, sold or exchanged between members. Accounts involved in such trading may be suspended.
Cards and Wallet Balance can be used only on NetmarPlus. They are not accepted on any other website, store or platform, including the platforms whose products we sell.
After 10 wrong code attempts within one hour, code entry is paused for one hour to protect against guessing.

4. No expiry and no fees

Cards and Wallet Balance do not expire. We charge no activation, dormancy, inactivity, service, maintenance or balance-inquiry fees. These terms meet or exceed the requirements of the U.S. Credit CARD Act of 2009 and Regulation E (12 C.F.R. § 1005.20) and comparable state gift card laws.

5. Cash rules by country and region

NetmarPlus Gift Cards and Wallet Balance cannot be converted into cash. Cards and the Wallet are offered only to Account holders in Türkiye. Where you live is the country registered on your Account.

Türkiye	No exceptions. Balance loaded into a Wallet is never paid out in cash or refunded. Before a Card bought by bank transfer is delivered, the purchase can be cancelled under the Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi.
All other countries	Cards and the Wallet are not offered; Products are paid by card for each order. If an Account that moved away from Türkiye still holds Wallet Balance, it can still be used for Products, and it is paid out on request only where the law of the new country of residence requires it.

6. Lost, stolen or compromised codes

Treat your Card code like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Cards or for codes redeemed by someone else before you report it. If you tell us before the code has been redeemed and can provide proof of purchase, we will block the code and, at our discretion, issue a replacement. NetmarPlus staff will never ask you for your Card code; do not share it with anyone who contacts you.

7. Fraud and misuse

We may refuse, block or reverse the redemption of Cards that were activated in error, obtained by fraud, purchased with stolen payment instruments, or used in breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we reverse a redemption, we will tell you the reason where the law allows.

8. Other terms

Card value is denominated in euro (EUR). Amounts shown on the website in another display currency are converted at recent exchange rates and are for information only.
Unused balances may be subject to unclaimed property laws in some jurisdictions. Where we are required to report or remit balances, we will do so as the law requires; this does not shorten your right to use your balance.
These Card Terms are governed by the same law and dispute-resolution rules as the Terms of Service, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a Consumer.
